Argon 18 Warranty Procedure
Argon 18 frames carry a three year limited warranty. The details of the warranty can be viewed on our website.
Argon 18 is extremely proud of their product and the design and technology that goes into creating their frames. In the unfortunate occasion that you have a warranty claim, please follow the procedures below to ensure that this is handles as soon as possible.
- Please contact FRF Sports or your retailer and inform us of the problem you are having. FRF Sports will send a Warranty Service Form to be filled in and returned.
- Along with this form, photos of the complete bike, the problem with the frame, a proof of purchase and a photo of the serial number will need to be sent via email to FRF Sports.
- This information will be assessed and forwarded to Argon 18 who will generally provide a response within a few days.
- You need to organize to have the frame sent back to FRF for further inspection.
If Argon 18 approve the warranty, generally a new frame will be provided to you. If we have the frame in our stock we will send to you, however, if we have not got the frame Argon will send us one as soon as possible.
We will endeavour to make this process happen as quickly as we can and get you back on the road.
